Fleur-de-Lis

• The Fleur-de-Lis represents a stylized lily with three petals drawn together at its base. It has always been a symbol of New Orleans' rich French Culture and religious traditions. But since hurricane Katrina, it has taken on even more meaning as people wear it as a symbol of unity and support for the city.

• The Fleur-de-Lis design is typically used above a name or monogram. However, we have received a number of request for just a Fleur-de-Lis design. If you would like this, just select the "No Monogram" option for the Monogram Style and then select the Fleur-de-Lis design.

• We will stitch this design using the same thread color that you select for the monogram. If you want a different color, please let us know using the Special Instructions field.
