Any information that we collect from you as part of an on-line transaction or a customer inquiry is strictly used to help us serve you. We will not publish, sell, or transfer any personal data we receive via UniquelyMine.com to a third party.

Shipping Policy

Typically, items ordered from UniquelyMine.com are shipped within 5 to 10 business days from the time you place your order and payment is received. Unless specified otherwise, all items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail which typically averages between 2 to 3 days for delivery within the United States. At this time, we do not accept orders from outside the United States.

During the Christmas season, it may take longer to process your order due to increased demand. We do not guarantee delivery in time for the holidays. However, if you are purchasing a gift and are concerned about receiving it in time, please email us in advance and we will try to provide you with a more accurate delivery estimate based on the current backlog.

Quantity Discounts

Uniquely Mine currently offers flat rate shipping on all orders. When you order from UniquelyMine.com, you only pay $7.50 for shipping and handling regardless of the size of your order. Consequently, the more merchandise you order, the more you'll save on shipping.

Payment Policy

At this time, Uniquely Mine only accepts payments for items purchased from our Web store (http://www.uniquelymine.com) via PayPal. Using PayPal allows us to keep our costs low while providing secure credit card processing for our customers. If you are not familiar with PayPal or their buyer protection programs, you can find out more by visiting their Web site at: https://www.paypal.com/
On-line orders will not be processed until full payment is received. Please contact us if you have any problems entering your payment via PayPal.

Return Policy

Because most of the products that we sell are personalized, we cannot accept returns unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part. Any error or return request must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt of the merchandise. Please email us before returning any merchandise for a return authorization number. Once you’ve received a return authorization number, you may return the defective merchandise to us for a replacement, store credit, or refund. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Wholesale Inquiries

Uniquely Mine does not currently sell wholesale merchandise. The products and gifts that we sell through UniquelyMine.com are personalized exclusively for our customers. We do not offer gifts or merchandise for sale within third party stores or web sites.


We typically include a printed copy of your receipt with your order. If you're purchasing gifts from our site and you don't want us to include the receipt, please let us know by using the Special Instructions field. If you like, you can also purchase a Gift Card when you're checking out and we will automatically omit the receipt when we ship your order. You will still receive an electronic copy via email.
